We drove to Bryce Canyon today.  It is amazing in its own right, but we all agree that Zion National Park is "prettier".  Our favorite is still Antelope Canyon.  Bryce Canyon is known for it's Hoodoos.  These are tall spires of rock created by erosion (mainly snow & time).  The Indians felt the Hoodoos were people who had been turned into stone. We took a walking tour with a Ranger along the rim of the canyon which as we found out is not really a canyon because it has no water -- canyons always have water.  Learn something everyday.

Tomorrow, will be a long day of driving.  We are headed to Salt Lake City.  David and Ken will take turns driving.

We saw several deer as we drove through the canyon.  Mary Lee caught this one running through the woods.
