Arrived safely in Salt Lake City.  It is a beautiful city, clean, lots of well manicured parks.  We had dinner at another Diners/Drive-Ins & Dives.  This one was the Blue Plate Diner -- good home cooking.  When we asked if they had an autograph or picture of Guy Fieri, we were told it had been stolen -- very sad.
